Short Setups

Potential Short Setups

June 2, 2011

After looking through SP500 scans, I’ve separated potential short setups in to three groups:

1. ATR backtests – APC, NOV

2. New or pending ATR breakdowns – BA, CFN, GWW, KR, IP, IR, JWN, STZ, TMK, UTX, VRSN

3. Vulnerable 200d patterns – AMAT, F, LOW, USB

Right now I’m identifying and putting in alarms at critical areas – ie – USB 24.69.  This also gives me a head start if any of them show up as an OGF (opening gap fill) setup.
